Please provide proof of purchase, along with photos of the item in its original packaging and box, including a clear image of the label. We will promptly issue a pre-paid return shipping label, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Once we receive the returned item at our facility, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-20 business days.
If your order arrives in unusable condition, notify us immediately through our live chat (bottom right corner) or our contact page, and we will guide you through the process for a refund or replacement.
Return Guidelines:
- All items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Curated Pieces reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, misuse, or damage not related to shipping.
- Returns for custom-made items, such as furniture, rugs, marble items, and mirrors, or items that have been installed or assembled, are not accepted as they are made to order.
Restocking Fee for Change of Mind:
If you decide to return an item for personal preference, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. This helps cover inspection and repackaging labor costs.
Minor Scratches or Imperfections:
We do our best to ensure safe handling, but minor scratches during transit may occur. As long as they do not impact the item's functionality, refunds or returns for such minor imperfections are not accepted. We are happy to offer tips for fixing small issues at home.
No Returns for Size or Specification Issues:

Return Label Timeframe:

What if My Item is Returned to Sender?
If your item is returned to sender, a 25% return to sender fee will apply. This covers the cost of return shipping, handling, and processing. This fee will be charged if the return is due to reasons like incorrect delivery information, refusal to accept the package, or failure to claim the item from the carrier.
